What Personal Information About Customers Does Ciao Bella Gather?

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience at ciao bella.  Here are the types of information we gather.

Does ciao bella Share the Information It Receives?

No. Your personal information and payment details are used only to process any orders you may place on the site. We do not store credit card details once your charge is approved. If you become a CBIP Member (ciao bella Important Person!), we store your email address and name in order to email you information about special offers and promotions. We do not provide these details to any third parties, ever.   

How Secure Is Information About Me?

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to logoff when finished using a shared computer.

What Choices Do I Have?

As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide certain information, even though it might be needed to make a purchase. You can add or update certain information in your "My Account". When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Statement and the Terms of Trading will change also. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, but you should check our web site frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Statement applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.
